Join activists, councillors and friends for a re-launch of Pack it in -Zero Waste Living.

Owner Phillipa Gilfillan is hosting an evening that will include:

• Food and drink tasting in her new cafe - a chance to sample vegan food at its best.
• A short practical talk on going plastic free at home and a chance to swap ideas on getting there.
• A brief product demonstration of the more unusual and lesser known zero waste products. (e.g. how do those weird washing eggs work).

Its also a great opportunity to meet new activists and members swap stories on our campaigns and meet and quiz a representative range of our 11 city councillors and 2 county councillors .

Tickets are £5 payable on the door which includes a hot mulled non-alcoholic drink and tasting nibbles provided free by Pack it in  - proceeds go to our City Council election fund.

Naturally to help fund our May campaign you can expect an appeal for donations and we will be launching our online auction of promises which you can hear more of on the night.

The venue is not easily accessible for those in a wheelchair and there are steps up to the shop and stairs to the upper level. If anyone has any accessibility concerns please get in touch as we may be able to support access to the shop.
