This summer I traveled to Palestine with Mennonite Action. We got the opportunity to meet with so many Christian Palestinian brothers and sisters who are doing everything that they can to hold on to hope. We got to encourage them and hear what has been happening on the ground there. We visited their homes, listened to their stories, and prayed with them. It was a heart wrenching, but energizing time spent with our other Mennonite Action friends from around the country. These partnerships seem to be incredibly important in our ever changing world. On Wednesday, Sept 24, I will be sharing about our delegation at 7:00 at Church of the Sojourners (1129 Florida St., SF, CA 94110) There will be time for dessert, questions, and discussion about Mennonite Action' s time in the West Bank. This is our fall kick off event to begin to gather, pray together, and find our way forward together.
