Why Target?

Target is headquartered in Minneapolis. As the 3rd largest employer in Minnesota, they’re a key decision maker in the state. That’s why it was painful to see that…

— Target donated $1,000,000 to Trump’s inauguration. 💰

— When Trump sent thousands of masked agents into the state to assault, kidnap, and kill people, Target refused to speak out. 🤐

— When ICE staged operations in Target parking lots and kidnapped Target employees, the corporation did nothing. 😡

As sales drop in response to DEI rollbacks and customers are increasingly angry, Target is starting to feel the pressure. Join us at Northgate Target to make sure Target hears us loud and clear! 🎯📣

We demand that Target

🔴 Publicly call for an immediate end to the ICE “surge” into Minnesota, and for ICE & Border Patrol to leave the state.

🔴 Affirm Target as a 4th Amendment Workplace. (Publicly post signage denying entrance to immigration agents without a signed judicial warrant, and train staff on how to respond when immigration agents arrive at stores.)

🔴 Publicly call to shut down Trump’s ICE. Lobby congress to withhold federal funding for ICE in the upcoming budget; and for congress to investigate ICE for violations of the human and constitutional rights of our neighbors.

🔴 Demand that any federal officer who kills or harms a civilian be held legally accountable. That starts with legitimate investigations and charges by local officials.
