Join us for our monthly Housing Happy Hour!

This August, we’re heading to West Hollywood’s Sycamore District for a special edition happy hour featuring a neighborhood walking tour, sponsored refreshments, and a spotlight on the 1000 N. La Brea project!

Whether you’re a long-time advocate or a neighborhood newbie, our monthly happy hours are the best place to connect. Come hang out, discuss local housing initiatives, Eastside development, and the future Santa Monica / La Brea Metro K Line as we work to build a more inclusive West Hollywood—one home at a time!

Event Schedule:

• 5:30 PM – Mingling & Refreshments at Mizlala: Meet us at Mizlala (7007 Romaine St, Suite 103) to kick off the night! Food and a round of drink tickets are generously provided by our partners at CIM Group.

• 6:00 PM – Walking Tour of 1000 La Brea: We’ll take a casual guided stroll to the 1000 La Brea site to explore how 514 new homes (including 128 affordable units) and community retail will transform the area.

Upcoming Advocacy Milestone:

The Final Environmental Impact Report for 1000 La Brea is published! We are gearing up for the West Hollywood Planning Commission hearing on Thursday, September 3 at 6:30 PM. At this happy hour, you can learn more about the project and sign up to provide oral or written testimony.
