No-one should have to live in a cold, unsafe home. Yet we know across the Citizens UK network there are homes that are in states of appalling disrepair, impacting people’s mental and physical health and their finances.  

We are campaigning to improve people’s homes – an energy action workshop can be a useful tool in your organising toolbox to achieve this. Join us to learn from the Cardiff team and others about how to run an energy action workshop. It can:

1. Help people with home improvement advice which can increase comfort, reduce bills and improve mental and physical health.
2. Build interest in your local housing campaign, meet new leaders and hear stories from your communities both in and out of membership.  
3. Be a springboard for further action in your chapter on housing.
