The United Sparkies mission is to unite, empower, and enrich the lives of our members and to give back to our Union and our community; to generate solidarity amongst women and their allies in the electrical industry; to recruit qualified women into the electrical industry; to promote opportunities to our members; and to assist our members into leadership roles.
