Illinois was dealt a terrible hand when lawmakers sat down with the Oil & Gas industry to write the rules of the fracking game.  Now these rules are awaiting approval from JCAR, the Joint Committee for Administrative Rules, and we haven't got much time.  We're gathering to send a clear message to JCAR that no regulations are strong enough to protect IL from fracking and we need them to do better. Only a ban on fracking can ensure that our groundwater, infrastructure, health, and livelihoods will remains safe.
