In the face of increased ICE activity & the federal takeover of law enforcement across the United States, making a plan to protect yourself and your community is critical. Meet the moment by joining the Nonprofit Professional Employees Union (NPEU) for an online training on how to make a plan to defend our workplaces and our immigrant comrades.

• This “Know Your Rights” training includes guidance from union organizer Claire Hirschberg on how to organize your workplace around what to do if ICE arrives.
• We will share guidance on organizing, this training will feature organizing brainstorming sessions in breakout rooms to get the ball rolling on tangible plans.

Make sure you’re prepared by joining NPEU via Zoom on Thursday, September 25 at 8pm EST for this training.

After the event, you’ll have opportunities to ask questions, make comments and give updates on workplace organizing with fellow union comrades and NPEU’s Political Engagement Team, which meets monthly (click here to join.)
