Join us at the European Parliament for the inauguration of Industrial S.I.N., a photography exhibition hosted by MEP Benedetta Scuderi.
Developed alongside the documentary Flegrea – A Future for Bagnoli, the exhibition brings to Brussels the story of Bagnoli (Naples), a territory profoundly shaped by industrial development, environmental contamination and decades of delayed remediation. Through the photographs of Ernesto Rollando and Dimitri D'Ippolito, the exhibition explores the relationship between environmental justice, industrial heritage and Europe's just transition.
Beyond its artistic dimension, the event will offer an opportunity to reflect on how European environmental and industrial policies can better support communities still living with the legacy of industrial pollution. The discussion will feature Members of the European Parliament, representatives of the European Commission and the artists behind the project.
