Join the Western MA Area Labor Federation for a training on collective bargaining and contract campaigns. We will cover:

• Understand core frameworks governing bargaining
• Building blocks of a contract
• Recognize and identify management's obligations at the table
• How to use rights and leverage during the bargaining process
• How to organize around a campaign
• How to be an effective bargaining team

There will be a lunch break during the training, and a microwave is available on site. We encourage you to bring lunch.
