It is important for all workers to have a basic understanding of US Labor Law in order to know where and how we are and are not legally protected. Labor law also affects essential union activities such as organizing and collective bargaining. In this training UW School for Workers own Alexia Kulwiec will bring her expertise on federal and state labor law, labor/management relations, practice before National Labor Relations Board, and Collective Bargaining to teach an Intro to Labor Law/Know Your Rights curriculum especially tailored for us here at the Milwaukee Area Labor Council. Here is a link for more information on Alexia Kulwiec: Kulwiec, Alexia – School for Workers – UW–Madison.
