Governor Hochul's budget proposal prioritizes New York's ultra-rich and shortchanges our communities of the services and support they deserve. The Senate and Assembly are hosting a joint legislative budget hearing to talk about taxes on February 9th at 2PM - we need to make sure that legislators hear from New Yorkers around the state: it's time to raise taxes on NY's millionaires, billionaires and wealthy corporations to ensure they pay what they owe AND we must invest in programs and services working-class communities rely on.
