WGAE-represented workers at the two divisions of ITV that make hit shows like The First 48 and Alone have been in active bargaining for a first contract for over a year and a half, yet the company continues to drag its feet–refusing to agree to anything more than status quo on issues like annual raises, annual rate minimum increases, healthcare, retirement, rehire protections, per diems, remote work, paid parental leave, vacation and other paid time off. Often, they cancel bargaining sessions or show up late with nothing to propose. The union has filed Unfair Labor Practice charges for refusing to bargain in good faith but with the Trump administration hobbling the Labor Board, we need to take action in the streets!

Workers in NYC are planning a picket and letter delivery to ITV’s NYC HQ on Thursday, November 20th at 5pm EST. WGA members and supporters in LA will also lead a delegation to ITV’s LA offices on the same day. The letter will “congratulate” ITV CEO David George on his recent promotion and merger of the unscripted and scripted parts of the company, and to demand a fair contract now. Will you join us?
