Join N4MN as we tour Groove Lofts at Northstar Center, the first post-pandemic office-to-housing conversion in downtown Minneapolis!

Boasted as a "city-within-a-city" and the "birthplace of the Minneapolis skyway" when it opened in 1963, the tower was most recently home to offices, a hotel, and parking garage. With its recent renovation - led by Sherman Associates and completed in Fall 2024 - the building has been re-imagined, converting the former office space into 216 new apartments with a variety of innovative amenity spaces.

We'll meet in the lobby of the Marquette ave entrance to take a tour of the building, led by representatives from the Northstar Center, and gather for libations and discussion at the 8th Street grill following the tour. Can't wait to see you there!
