Following the successful Megapicket on 9 May, which shut down Lifford Lane, and Megapicket II on 25 July, which closed all five sites across Birmingham and Coventry, Strike Map—alongside unions, campaign groups, and community organisations—is now organising Megapicket 3-D, targeting all sites on 30 January 2026.

These workers have been in dispute since January 2025, and have been on all out strike since March 2025.

The agency staff employed by Job & Talent joined the strike since November 2025.

We are calling the whole labour and wider trade union movement to join us as we support the picket lines/demos from 6am at sites yet to be determined.

We will email everyone who has registered to provide them with a picket to visit, atm this is in flux with the employer moving production on a regular basis.
