Our Mass Liberation Task Force is hosting the next Phone Zap on Thursday, March 18th from 1-2pm.

In late February, the #ShutDownBerks campaign won a huge victory with the release of all current families imprisoned. However, we know that our communities won’t be safe and whole until families and individuals no longer face the threat of detention. During our last Phone Zap, the team took more than 120 actions, demanding the closure of the Berks Detention Facility which still has NOT been permanently closed. As you know, there’s a lot more work to be done, so whether you’ve called with us before or it’s your first time, we encourage you to join us on March 18th at 1pm for another hour of action!

During the one hour phone zap, we will be calling various targets to make sure our demands for Mass Liberation are heard. Contact information for our targets and scripts will be provided to all participants.
