Let’s tell Burbank City Council we support true bus rapid transit!

Abundant Housing LA is working with allied organizations in Burbank to advocate for the BRT. The project is moving forward and is supposed to connect Pasadena with North Hollywood, via a short bus ride, prior to the 2028 Summer Olympics!

Bad news is some city council members have expressed interest in blocking construction permits for the project. This would slow down service for the badly needed regional transportation project and could throw the project’s timeline into question. Please join us at City Hall Tuesday, May 5, with a coalition of transit riders, cyclists housing advocates and other urbanists, for a brief day of action. It will be Cinco de Mayo, so if you’re free after, join us for drinks and tacos at a mini-happy hour!
