The importance of strong community and local representation cannot be overstated in getting through the times ahead. This month Simon Glaser will be joining us and our meeting will be done townhall style. Simon Glaser has announced a campaign to run for a State Senate seat representing district 24 in next years election. He will be running against the incumbent State Senator Carla Nelson who has been in the senate since 2010. Join us on Wednesday, July 9th at 6pm to find out more about how Simon Glaser will represent district 24 and his stance on local issues. We will have several prepared questions from DSA members with some time for live questions from those in attendance.
