This conversation will explore how we stay emotionally present and engaged in a time of climate disruption, political uncertainty, and social strain. Together, we'll reflect on what helps people move through fear, grief, anger, numbness and overwhelm without shutting down or burning out. This facilitated discussion will invite participants to consider what supports steadiness, connection, meaning, and sustainable engagement in difficult times. We'll make space for honest reflection, shared experience, and the complexities of living in a changing world.

Following this conversation, we'll hear from Steffi Rausch, Executive Director of Energy Savers Network, a local non-profit working to reduce the energy burdens for low-income households through practical, community-based climate solutions. Steffi Rausch is a long-time climate advocate as well as a homesteader building living roof homes in Leicester.
