The Socialist Feminist Subcommittee of the PJC is hosting our first Crafting with Comrades night! We will begin with a presentation/discussion about feminized labor, the suppression if women’s artwork, and the history of crafting as a means of organizing and developing political consciousness. We will then have breakout groups to learn and practice mending, knitting, sewing, and crocheting. Bring your works in progress and craft supplies if you have them! Supplies will be available for those who are new.
