Come join Keneset Halev for a relaxed morning hangout with a few songs/prayers followed by challah french toast and potluck in Joanna's backyard! We'll be taking the opportunity to spend time together and start getting emotionally and spiritually ready for the High Holidays, which are in September this year.

Gathering at 10, activities starting at 10:30. Location is in the Castro near Dolores Park - easily reachable via the Castro Muni station, J, 33, 24, or 22. Bring your friends! The more the merrier.

The event is free, but please RSVP so we can send you Joanna's address and also communicate about letting you in the breezeway door when you arrive. You're welcome whether or not you're a member of Keneset Halev, and whether or not you're Jewish. Kids welcome. There are narrow San Francisco Victorian stairs - this event is not accessible :(

Keneset Halev means Assembly/Gathering/Community of the Heart. It's an inclusive community in San Francisco which provides an intimate, joyous, and nurturing environment for Jewish spiritual practice to flourish. It take a post-denominational, heart-centered and mystical approach, inspired by Traditional, Progressive, Renewal, Chassidic, and Earth-based strands of Judaism. All are welcome.
