Metro-Nashville Public Schools (MNPS) and the Metropolitan Nashville Education Association (MNEA) collaborate to develop a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU also known as a contract) around policies that impact certified personnel working in MNPS. All educators in MNPS are expected to adhere to the policies agreed upon through Collaborative Conferencing between MNPS and MNEA.

This session will inform educators on the mutually accepted expectations for professional employee service.
