Are you worried about traveling this summer while Arab, Muslim, or visibly part of an immigrant community? Have you or someone you love ever been stopped, questioned, or searched at the airport, or even visited at home by law enforcement.

Join us for a Know Your Rights & Travel Safety townhall designed specifically for Arab, Muslim, Latinx, and immigrant communities in Metro Detroit. In a time of rising surveillance, harassment, and political repression, we deserve to feel safe, informed, and protected.

• Legal training on your rights with police, FBI, ICE, and at the border
• Tools to build a personal travel safety plan before flying or crossing borders
• Multilingual resources (English, Arabic, and Spanish)
• Stories from community members who’ve experienced profiling or detention
• Connection to trusted legal orgs and safety networks you can count on
