Know Your Rights Training, March 10th

Want to know what to do when you see ICE? Join Christian Celeste Tate, candidate for NY Assembly District 54, and NYC-DSA Immigration Working Group for a in person Know Your Rights Training in East New York.

This training is regularly updated and covers what the deal is with ICE, what to do if you see them at your home, workplace, or in public. It also discusses how to respond if you see ICE abducting someone.

This training will describe the rights of citizens and noncitizens alike when dealing with ICE and the NYPD, and will include a 15 minute Q&A with a lawyer. Like all of our trainings, this training was developed by collaborating legal and mental health professionals.

For security reasons, the location will be sent out 48 hours before the training.
