Lahaina Strong Community Mālama ʻĀina Day March 2026
Start: Saturday, February 28, 2026•08:30 AM
End: Saturday, February 28, 2026•02:00 PM
Our March Mālama ʻĀina Day will be a large-scale community restoration day at Mala.
On Saturday, March 28, we’ll be going deeper.
A full cleanup of the area, invasive clearing, green waste removal, and planting native plants to help restore this space for the long term.
This day will be more hands-on and more coordinated, with different work areas and roles throughout Mala. ʻOhana and keiki are welcome, with space to participate in ways that make sense for everyone.
We also have a special keiki activity planned! Stay tuned as we finalize it!
We’ll have water on site and will be sharing more details soon about food, volunteer roles, and how to prepare.
This day builds directly off our February cleanup and is part of our commitment to gather every month, take care of our public spaces, and do this work together as a community.
If you came in February, we’d love to see you again.
If this is your first time, this is a good one to join.
More details coming soon.
