The 2026 Legislative Session runs from Monday, January 12, 2025, through Thursday, March 12, 2026. This is a short session year of 60 days.

There is a short walk (5-7 minutes) up the hill to the capitol from our meeting space, please note in the form if you would like a wheelchair and/or shuttle if you would like assistance with getting to/from your meetings.

§ LPA secures and pays the cost of lodging, mileage or airfare & rental vehicle (carpooling is highly encouraged when possible) for members attending Lobby Days. Note that rental vehicles need to be secured and paid for by the members as car companies do not accept third party reservations and payment. Pre-approval is required for reimbursement of car rental.

§ Lodging must be pre-approved and is intended only for those who must travel greater than 50 miles to attend. For those traveling on a pre-approved overnight stay, one dinner meal will be reimbursed for the night prior to the event. All other meals that are not provided at the event are a member/local expense. All receipts must be ‘itemized’ to receive reimbursement.

§ Location: LPA Office, 906 Columbia St. SW, Olympia, in the LPA 5^th floor large conference room.
