We'd love to encourage everyone to join us at our upcoming Litter Pick in Roseworth.
We're going to be meeting outside Roseworth Library on Saturday 6th December. The aim is to start at 10am, and we will be able to lend out some equipment for everyone to use.
Litter Picking is a simple action that makes an immediate and visible difference to the environment where we live, whilst also protecting wildlife. Research from Keep Britain Tidy shows that people feel less safe when an area looks littered and uncared for.
By taking care of our neighbourhoods, we can increase feelings of pride and safety.
We will also be able to increase the visibility of Stockton & Hartlepool Green Party in our area. It would be appreciated if members could sign-up to this event, so we know who to expect. Any questions, do just let us know! We look forward to seeing you.
Please note that if you are a member aged under 18, we are required to obtain a signed consent form before you can take part in Green Party activities: https://stocktonhartlepool.greenparty.org.uk/young-greens. This should be organised before attending a Stockton & Hartlepool Green Party event.
