Spring is here, and some of us are preparing to do the odd jobs around the house we neglected over winter. So join us for a tour of some specialty stores in the Inner West, with a focus on our friends at the Inner West Tool Library, Among The Trees, and Circle Paints (depending on the size & speed of the group, we may try to visit Reverse Garbage too). 🛠️

This is a Bike Marrickville ride after all, so you can be sure that we’ll stop off at a couple of delicious places too, such as One More Chocolate and the new Marrickville Park General Store! 🍫 As always, it will be a slow, family friendly pace; we’ll travel a relatively flat 16km over 3 hours (including stops), primarily on cycleways, shared paths, and quiet streets.

📍Meet at the Playground in Camperdown Memorial Rest Park, near Australia Street

🕣 8:30am for a 9am start - expected end at midday

🚲 16km. Be sure to bring a legal, roadworthy bike, with your water bottle, lights and a helmet.

This is a loop ride, meaning we will return to the starting point in approximately 3 hours time. We’ll then pop over to the recently reopened Carlisle Castle Hotel in Newtown to refuel.
