You’re invited to a local event for SunDay! SunDay is a global day of action on September 21st, 2025 to celebrate the power of solar, wind, and green energy. You can learn more at sunday.earth.

We will gather in Clover Park to celebrate and learn more about the power of green energy. Our event is focused on green energy, and environmental justice. Example of the programming includes:

  • Climate Health Now: highlighting the connections between human and planetary health.
  • Citizens’ Climate Lobby: Showcasing electrification initiatives, rebate/credit opportunities, and interactive exhibits with games and prizes.
  • Los Angeles Department of Water & Power (LADWP): information on programs offered by LADWP
  • Community Members: Presenting on how they transitioned their home to 100% renewable energy
  • Sierra Club Angeles Chapter Clean Break Committee
  • Art corner and community engagement!
  • Live interview and podcast recording about energy justice


We will reach out to those who RSVP with the updated programming once we finalize what our local Sun Day event will look like!

It will be at a park, close to street, there are ramps onto the sidewalks that lead to the park, no stairs.
