Attend the Los Angeles Hearing to Oppose the Sprint / T-Mobile Merger
Start: Wednesday, January 16, 2019• 7:00 PM
The California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) is hosting public hearings on the Sprint / T-Mobile merger. If approved, the merger will reduce the number of national mobile phone providers from four to three, and eliminate two of the country’s lowest-cost cell phone providers, Sprint and T-Mobile (click here for more info) .
Less competition means we'll have to face higher bills, lower cell phone caps and crappier customer service. This will hurt students, millennials, low-income families, communities of color, and anyone looking for a good deal rely on Sprint and T-Mobile for affordable mobile-Internet access.
We need you to attend the CPUC's hearings in-person to show the CPUC that mobile customers oppose this merger. When the CPUC sees that a critical mass of Californians oppose this deal, they can publicly oppose the merger and hurt its chances of happening.
RSVP now and we’ll get you everything you need to show up and help stop this merger before it’s too late.
