The Madison Area DSA Labor Working Group invites you to strike studies. This month we will finish Chapter 4 of W.E.B. Dubois' Black Reconstruction. This chapter discusses the general strike that occurred among enslaved laborers on Southern plantations who withheld their labor and decided the war.
