This year, we honor Black Breastfeeding and refocus on the possibilities within our community through the practical and loving support of village care while emphasizing nature as a guiding tool for Black lactation. As we grow from the events of the past year, #BBFW21 will counter isolation and recenter our collective rest, power, and healing.

Calling All Mahogany Mamas!!

Mahogany Mothers Circle is a FREE virtual event that is facilitated by Sacred Seeds Black Doula Collective of Colorado leadership. These gatherings are for all who identify as a Black Mom/Mama/Mother/Mommy as we come together to support one another through every stage of motherhood. Each gathering cultivates life-affirming space that emphasizes the importance of celebrating Black pregnancy, while holding space for authentic conversations about issues that Black Women are not always supported in discussing openly such as infertility, adoption, abortion, pregnancy loss, depression and grief. We create a safe, sacred and intergenerational space full of Black Mama Magic. We hope to see you at one of our circles!
