A Conversation with Employment Lawyer Gary Phelan About Workplace Age Discrimination
In our last coffee chat about jobseeking at age 50 and beyond, many of you had questions about workplace age discrimination.
On March 7, we'll be having a critical conversation with Gary Phelan, an employment lawyer and law school professor from Connecticut.
We’ll break down:
✅ What is and isn’t age discrimination in employment
✅ What the law covers—and what it doesn’t
✅ What steps you can take if you experience it
This session is designed for older workers, career coaches, workforce development professionals, HR leaders, and anyone who wants to understand and combat age discrimination.
Do submit questions YOU HAVE when you register, so we can make this as responsive as possible to what you are interested in.
Will this be recorded?
We will NOT be recording the entire session so that everyone can feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and questions. With our guest's permission, we'll record my interview with the guest, and then upload these to YouTube.
How do I sign up?
