Join us in Lansing on March 19th from 9a-2p with breakfast and lunch provided.

We will meet at 9 am on Thursday the 19th to go over the schedule for the day. Everyone will join their teams and discuss their plan for the day.  We will talk about MEJC's goals for healthy and healing schools, and then teams will work together to visit legislators in the Capitol Building.

MEJC and its community partners are asking for the state government to adequately fund our schools by expanding education funding, and by making key investments in 31a at risk funds, special education, student mental health, school facilities, and English Language Learners. We need parents, caregivers, students, and community members like you to make the case that our students are worth the investment.

We will debrief and close out at the end of the day. Watch for more details to come.
