Start: Saturday, July 06, 201911:30 AM

LGBT+ Educators are proud!

Hooray! We're back again with our double-decker bus and walking group for Pride in London 2019. We'll be meeting at around 11:30am at the NEU double decker which is USUALLY on the corner of park crescent and portland place. Final joining instructions will be emailed to you 24 hours before.

Please bring water with you.

Access requirements: If you need a place on the bus due to access requirements please say so on the RSVP form. Should you have any other access requirements let us know and we will get in touch with you directly.

FAQ

I don't have access requirements but would like to go on the bus

Yes, but spaces are limited and are first-come first-served basis.

Can I bring my partner and kids?

Absolutely, just add additional guests on the RSVP form. If you need bus seats for the kids please add that information to the access requirements part of the form but note, disabled people will be prioritised.

Can I bring a friend?

You are allowed to bring one friend maximum but cannot go on the bus (unless carer). We have limited tickets for the march - clearly LGBT+ Educators come first.

Is my place guaranteed?

We will contact you directly if there are any problems at least a week in advance. So for now, your place is legit.

How long does the march take?

It depends at what time we start moving. In recent years we've been towards the back of the march and its taken quite some time for us to get to the end of the march. I'd say 4:30pm finish max.

Can I go to the toilet during the march?

You will need to dash off and dash back when we are moving. - we will not be able to wait for you. Pride in London offers some toilet facilities.

What do we do whilst we are waiting for the march to leave?

We par-tay. Someone will have a sound system and it will be a joyous rave in the streets.
