Celebrate May Day with our Union Workers Circle!

On May 1st, Oklahoma City DSA Labor Working Group will be hosting a special Workers' Circle co-sponsored with Unionized Apple PennSquare, Starbucks Workers United, NG Community United, and the Workers Assembly at OU (WAOU). Join us on May Day for food, socializing, and a panel discussion on labor organizing in Oklahoma today!

For our panel discussion, we'll be joined by organizers from four local unions who will speak on their:

• Experiences organizing under Trump 2.0
• Joining in coalition actions with other labor and community groups
• Advice for other workers interested in organizing their workplace

Food and drinks will be provided. Check in and food will begin at 7 PM and the panel discussion will start around 7:20 PM.

What is a Workers' Circle?

Workers' Circles are a labor-oriented round table designed to connect workers across sectors and industries, celebrate organizing wins, troubleshoot challenges, and learn skills and strategies to bring back to your own workplace struggles. Hosted every month (usually virtually), join us to connect with fellow workers and learn more about labor organizing together!
