Mitokh Dapeinu will meet for its next session on Sunday, March 23 at 7:00 PM EST. We’ll be discussing the novel The Final Hour by Naguib Mahfouz (1982). This compact family saga follows the retired bureaucrat Hamid Burhan and his kin through the tumultuous events of 20th century Egypt up through the Camp David Accords. Editions are available in Hebrew, Arabic, and English.

We ask participants to read the selection and prepare a discussion question.
