Aurora Saldivar, Legislative Director for Assembly Member José Luis Solache, will join us on Wednesday, January 15 at 1:30 pm PT on Zoom.

Assemblymember José Luis Solache, a Democrat, was elected in November to the California State Assembly, representing Assembly District 62. The LA County district includes the cities of Lakewood, Lynwood, South Gate, and Bellflower. Asm Solache served on the Lynnwood Unified School District's Board of Education, including three times as its president. He also has served as a Mayor, Mayor Pro-Tem and Councilmember in the city of Lynwood since 2013.

In the Assembly, Mr. Solache will chair the new Economic Development, Growth, and Household Impact Committee.

We'll meet with Asm Solache's Legislative Director, Aurora Saldivar. She will share the Assembly Member's legislative goals for the upcoming session and discuss our climate and environmental priorities.
