Join us for the kickoff orientation of the DSA San Diego Mentorship Program Pilot Cohort (Fall 2025). This new program is designed to connect new members with experienced organizers, strengthen our chapter’s capacity, and help each of us grow our skills in collective struggle.

Mentors and mentees will commit to a three-month program that includes:

• Working Group meetings (every other week)

• Mentor–Mentee meetings (every other week)

• General Assemblies (every 2–3 months)

• Optional: Internal Organizing Committee meetings (monthly)

At this orientation, we’ll introduce the program, share expectations, and answer any questions. Whether you’re signed up as a mentor, a mentee, or just curious, you’re welcome to attend.
