In support of DSA IC’s Chevron boycott escalation #StopFuelingGenocide, the Internationalism Working Group is holding a workshop to strategize next steps for mobilizing in the DMV area. Participants will get background on the campaign and learn about victories achieved by other DSA chapters. We will then break into groups to research several areas of potential focus, including sponsorships and partnerships with local organizations, boycotts of Chevron products at local auto shops, and mapping Chevron’s political priorities in DC. The full group will evaluate next steps and make an action plan.
