Maryland Harm Reduction Advocacy Network (MHRAN) was established in August 2018 to bring together people working in harm reduction & community members to further the health, dignity, and safety of people who use drugs. Organized by Baltimore Harm Reduction Coalition's mobilization team, MHRAN meets quarterly (January, April, July, and October) to connect, learn and organize around Maryland harm reduction policy efforts.
