Join MI-CEMI’s Reentry Table for a conversation with Nate Johnson of Kingdom Life Church, Fresh Coast Alliance and Reentry United about the comprehensive reentry model developed in Muskegon.

Learn how pre-entry preparation, post-release support and coordinated community services can create a connected pathway home. Nate will discuss partnerships with correctional facilities and local providers, bringing together peer mentorship, housing and other resources, and adapting the model in communities across Michigan.

Following the presentation and Q&A, participants will join an open discussion about local strengths, unmet needs and opportunities for collaboration. Michael Taylor of MI-CEMI will facilitate the session.

Reentry service providers, formerly incarcerated individuals, advocates, faith leaders and community partners are welcome. Bring your questions, experiences and ideas for strengthening reentry support in your community.
