Seattle DSA's Electoral Working Group is hosting a Shift Lead Training and Social. At the 6-7pm training, come learn how our shift lead system works, what it takes to run a canvassing shift, and the fundamentals of our field work. We'll distribute shift lead kits and sign up shift leads for the remainder of the Michael Westgaard for Renton City Council Campaign! This is a great event to level up your canvassing skills and prepare to hit the ground running for the 2026 ballot initiative campaign - new and returning members with all levels of organizing experience are welcome.

After the shift lead training, from 7-9pm, we're transitioning to a social event - hang out and get to know your comrades! The training and social are in-person at a location in South Lake Union - RSVP for the address.
