CCAG and Copper Beech Institute have partnered together to present Mindfulness for Activists - Reducing Burnout through Practicing Self-Care.

Many activists find themselves stretched thin, working on so many different projects and issues that they get burnt out on their work. This leads to some of the best organizers leaving this line of work, where they are desperately needed.

Activism needs a re-framing. We need to learn how to prioritize mental health, mindfulness, and self-care in order to stay mentally and physically healthy, and to keep fighting the good fight!

Join us on October 20 at 5:30 pm to learn how to take steps in this direction, and to learn how mindfulness and self-care can make you happier, healthier, and better at your work!
