Budget forums on October 13: Please join us at the county budget forums coming up this month to share our stories on why we want our tax dollars to go toward meeting people’s needs like housing, schools, libraries, and health care, rather than towards manufacturing weapons and spyware. The next Mid-County budget forum will be on Monday, October 13th from 7-8:30 PM at the Wheaton Community Recreation Center and we hope to organize a MoCo DSA/Drop the MIDC presence! We encourage folks to wear keffiyehs or any other Palestine solidarity or MoCo DSA apparel.

We will be leafletting from 6:30-7 outside of the forum, and then the forum will begin at 7.
