With the release of the State Department’s final environmental impact statement, this is a crucial moment to protest Keystone XL. Join us Monday evening to send the message to President Obama that Keystone XL fails his climate test and he must reject it.

The "Pipeline Posse" is organizing this vigil at the Atkinson Lake Recreation Area, which is about a mile northwest of the city of Atkinson. 

DIRECTIONS:

1. From Atkinson, NE, head West on 5th Street (HWY 20)
2. Turn Left on Harrison St.
3. Stay on Harrison St. for 0.7 miles (pass Woodlawn Cemetery on your right) 
4. Turn Right into Atkinson Lake Recreation Area

Wear your Pipeline Fighter t-shirt if you have one, and bring a homemade #NoKXL sign, or else a mason jar or travel mug filled with water — to represent our concerns with KXL crossing the Ogallala Aquifer — or photos of your farms or ancestors to display.
