About the Event

Navigating a municipal website for a meeting agenda is an important step to keeping your elected officials accountable. Understanding where to look, how to identify what is important to you, and what to do with the information will give you the power to act responsibly for the betterment of your community.

We encourage you to sign-up and hear Sustain SJ (Jenna Williams, Rhiannon Clark, and Matt Williams) go over their process monitoring development and legislation in Cumberland County. Working together through this learning curve and hearing first-hand experiences about the "information overload" tackling this effort is a critical step to turn your passion into action.

What to Expect

This event is open for everybody to attend virtually and will be recorded so you can always come back to it. During the webinar we will review the differences between boards, councils, and committees. We will also perform hands-on demonstrations on various local government websites to show how simple this can be when you know what to look for.

RSVP now to receive your invite.
