This is the Nassau location for the final round of public hearings scheduled by the Commission on the Future of the Long Island Power Authority.

This sign-up is so our Reimagine LIPA campaign knows who plans to speak at the public hearing. We want to get a sense of how many people will participate and ensure we support you in taking part.

Individuals will have 3-5 minutes to provide their remarks. Members of the Commission may ask you questions afterwards.

Our input will help the Commission determine the specific steps to revamp our utility into a true public power authority. We’re fighting for democratic reforms, more equitable rate structures, and community oversight of the utility. Testifying at this hearing gets us one step closer to that vision.
