On September 22, Reliance Health will be participating in National Voter Registration Day. We will be available to register voters at our 40 Broadway office in Norwich, set-up at the door of our gallery with forms and pens available. Bring a current and valid driver’s license, learner’s permit, or non-driver photo ID issued by the CT DMV. If you don't have one, that's okay, but you will need to know the last 4 digits of your social security number.

We are asking that anyone who comes please wear a mask.

While we cannot recommend or endorse any candidates, staff will be available to help those interested register, confirm, or update their voter registration.
