Join Gulf Coast Humanists for a mental health break, to enjoy nature and make some new friends! We will meet, wait, relax and talk 20 minutes and then go walking and talking as a group.
Your host, Jessica, will be wearing some Mardi Gras like beads so others can recognize her.
Participants should bring water, bug spray, trail snacks, and/or anything else they need to be comfortable. Children are welcome.
